Attn: Reservation Deposit Cancellation: All reservation must be cancelled 48-hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax. Special Events may have different cancel policies. Pets: Service Animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always accepted. Children: Children (under 18) are welcome to stay in a room with an adult at no additional charge. Parking: Self-Parking at the resort is $10 per day. The resort offers Valet Parking services for $20 per day. Transportation: Unfortunately, we do not have a resort shuttle to and from the Jacksonville International Airport. We do however recommend the following companies.
