FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Our certified personal trainers will calculate your body fat percentage, body mass index, conduct a cardio fitness evaluation, and test muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. This assessment provides a basic fitness evaluation intended to provide a baseline for a beginning fitness program.

Includes three 45-minute sessions to kick off your fitness journey. The first session is reserved for basic fitness evaluation and goal setting. An easy to follow program will be created to fit your needs during following 2 sessions.

GOLF STRETCH
Learn golf specific stretching techniques to increase distance off the tee and reduce injuries. One-on-one instruction.

CUSTOMIZED GOLF FITNESS PROGRAM
As the host hotel of THE PLAYERS Championship, our highly-skilled trainers can increase strength, stability, mobility and reduce injuries with a customized golf fitness program. Our certified personal trainers will customize a golf specific strength and flexibility workout that can be easily incorporate in your daily routine after your round to including training excersies to strengthen the primary muscles used in the golf swing as well as a flexibility program to increase range of motion.

FITNESS CLASSES
Our highly trained fitness instructors conduct weekly group classes including Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training, Body Sculpting and more in our movement studio. Click here to view our monthly schedule.
