Accolades from past Brides & Grooms

Just a note to recognize the outstanding service Andy and I received from the staff at the Sawgrass Marriott over our wedding weekend, January 24. Brooke Bankhead did an excellent job planning the wedding with all the associated activities and made my weekend worry-free as she was always there or readily available. Your staff at the hotel, spa and golf courses were exceptional and most courteous and, in some cases, good dancers! (Some of the ladies recruited the banquet staff to dance with them when their partner was not available. Your staff most graciously accepted after a lot of coaxing -- it was great fun!)

At one time in our careers Andy and I worked in Customer Service and I would expect, just like us, you receive more complaints than compliments. I wanted to make sure that your staff was recognized for their excellent service. In addition to Brooke, I need to mention Viktor Lekaj, our banquet captain, Antonio Silva, our server on the deck and in the stadium room, Patricio, our server in the stadium room along with Timothy, our bartender.

My wedding was most memorable, with flawless service from your staff. I hope we can come back to celebrate our anniversaries.
