I am writing to thank you for all the wonderful work that you personally , as well as the entire staff of the Sawgrass Marriott did for Preethi and Carlos Wedding celebration on April 21, 2012. I could not have asked for a better Catering Manager/Bridal Specialist and truly appreciate all the effort and hard work that you put into making this wedding an amazing event; you helped create a memorable occasion for the client and their entire family that will never be forgotten.

Each of the events has drawn so much praises and delights from the families and friends of Preethi and Carlos which was a direct reflection of your efforts, that of your staff and also mine; a great team effort. I am truly grateful to you and your staff for making this event so successful. I sincerely want to thank all the departments of The Sawgrass Marriott for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and for being so efficient, helpful and flexible; especially you my dear, your front desk staff, security team, rooms coordinator with our entire guest room needs, your Banquet service team that took care of all of our events. Your Banquet Captain Paul was a pleasure to work with and displayed great enthusiasm, flexibility and willingness. He deserves praise and won my admiration for his level of professionalism and management style with his service team. These are outstanding associates that deserve recognition for outstanding work. There are many more whose names I don’t know but a venue this large cannot be outstanding without the welcoming and friendly staff, who worked as one team.

I have been in the Hotel industry for about 18 years and have held every position in the Banquet and Catering Department and I know how important customer service is and how feedback is greatly valued and I wanted to give praise where it is due; everyone likes them and it empowers people to do better. Finally, I hope that others can experience the level of service that you and your staff have provided for me, my client, their families and friends.

I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to your Hotel because I believe they will receive the highest level of service, and look forward to doing further business with you and your hotel in the future.
