Amy Lee was terrific! We had an event at short notice and she made everything easy for us. She was very attentive to our needs and very flexible in the planning. Everyone had a great time and we received many compliments on what a great party it was. The food was outstanding and the presentation was perfect! I cannot sufficiently express my amazement of the grandeur of the event and of the concern with details exemplified by your staff. Amy Lee absolutely exemplifies one of the most efficient, talented, and considerate event planners that I have ever met. Her production of such a palatial wedding and her steadfast concern for the satisfaction of her customers greatly exceeded expectation. Wedding, August 5, 2010 We must tell you that Brooke was amazing! She is one of the most professional and caring individuals that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Besides her very professional attitude, we just fell in love with her personality. If she is the model of what your employees are like at your resort, then you truly are one of the luckiest groups of managers that I can think of. I am a Vice President of a very large company and have over 200 employees reporting directly to me and wish that all my employees were the caliber of employee that Brooke Bankhead is. Because of Brooke, we signed the contract for our daughter's wedding and reception at your resort with Brooke 2 weekends ago for May 26, 2012, and we know in our hearts that she is the reason why. Her follow up and response to emails and phone calls is the best we have ever seen. Not only do you have a gorgeous resort and breath taking sites for a wedding, but you have professional and wonderful people working for you. You are only as good as the people that represent you, so hold your head high, because in our book, you must be the best of the best. We are ecstatic that Brooke will be the coordinator for Amber and Matthew's wedding and reception on May 26, 2012. Pending Wedding, May 26, 2012 Brooke Bankhead, Event Sales Manager was very creative, accommodating and made the wedding planning fun. She had an excellent knowledge of all of the available services and the menu. Our event was better than we had even expected. Everyone we dealt with at the resort made us feel welcome and helped everyone remain calm throughout. Everything that we had discussed with Ms. Bankhead during the planning was delivered as promised. I will absolutely recommend the resort in the future. Thank you for an excellent experience. Our event planner was Brooke. She was beyond exemplary paying special attention to every detail. Any question or concern we had was immediately addressed to our complete satisfaction. She is in a word - amazing! The event was a huge success due in large part to her efforts. Everywhere and everyone were excellent. Brooke Bankhead is the best. Your hotel could not be as successful as it is without her contributions, caring service, and overall ability to see to every detail. We anticipate no more weddings, but any future events will have to be handled by her. She made our event a complete worry-free delight.
